Commercial Service Upgrade

Commercial electrical service equipment upgraded and re-fed for a local business space.

The situation

The existing service equipment no longer matched what the business space actually needed. Older gear like this limits what can be added, and it makes future electrical work more difficult and more expensive than it should be.

The work

ALM Electric coordinated the shutdown, removed the outdated equipment and installed new service gear, conduit and metering. Everything was laid out so the runs are straight, the terminations are accessible and the panel schedule can be read at a glance by the next electrician who opens it.

The result

The space now has clean, properly sized commercial service equipment with room to grow, and the business has an electrical system that will not become the bottleneck the next time it expands.
